Looking for those specialized audio, video or security services that have become a must in today’s society?

Quest Custom Audio, Video, Security, located at 7583 U.S. Highway 51 S. in Minocqua, opened its doors for business in Rockford, Ill., in 2006 and made the jump north to a new facility in Minocqua last August.

Owners Michael Cory and Stephen Roggensack decided to open the new store in Minocqua not only because they love the area, but they felt “there was a need for our services here,” Cory said. He also said that it was the four distinct seasons and the camaraderie of businesses and people in a small town that attracted them.

Not only that, but Cory said, “We love working with electronics and getting paid for what we love to do.”

Services that they provide include custom installation of satellite TV and Internet, cameras, security systems, audio systems and HD TVs.

With a strong appreciation of the customer, Quest is most proud of their attention to the details, especially when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. It’s very important to the owners and employees that they hear the appreciation of customers about their service. Knowing they have done the job right is first and foremost for those at Quest.

As experts in their field, those at Quest work hard to keep up with the new products offered in the ever-changing technological world.

And in an effort to connect with customers in the area, they are planning a live remote with WRJO Radio Aug. 1 and Aug. 30 where there will be offering a “man cave” giveaway. They will also be hosting a Chamber After Five event in the near future.

Buying local is important to the owners and employers at Quest. Their goal in attracting local customers is based on bringing the latest technology to the Northwoods and building a solid reputation known for quality products and customer service.

Quest is open at its Minocqua facility Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

In addition to their Facebook page, the Minocqua company also has an Internet presence at www.questaudiovideo.com.

For a more personal experience and for more information, you may call Quest at 715-439-4441.
