7/14/2017 7:29:00 AM Monday Minocqua Farmers Market is in full swing
Area residents and visitors alike enjoy the Monday Minocqua Farmers Market on the upper level of Torpy Park, where a variety of locally-grown fresh produce and other delicious goods are available for purchase.
The Monday Minocqua Farmers Market, open from 3 to 6 p.m., kicked off its second year on June 12 and will continue offering local goods on the upper level of Torpy Park, in downtown Minocqua, through Monday, Sept. 4.
Like the Friday market, the Monday market will feature homegrown, handmade and/or vendor-created goods from locally owned operations from the surrounding counties. Despite a slow start due to cold weather and rain, market members are now offering a wide variety of local produce, chicken, pork, beef, eggs, greens, cheese, baked goods, honey, syrup, jam, canned goods and more.
The Friday Minocqua Farmers Market will continue at the Minocqua Park Complex on Hwy 70 West from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. through Oct. 13. Save the date for the Farm-to-Table Brunch on Sunday, Aug. 20.
