Widow's Wine Walk on Nov. 18 in Eagle River
The Eagle River Business Association in conjunction with the Eagle River Main Street Program have teamed up for shopping enthusiasts to enjoy an afternoon of shopping and wine sampling in downtown Eagle River, at the first ever "Widow's Wine Walk" from 2 to 8 p.m. on Nov. 18.

In honor of the holiday spirit, the Boulder Junction Public Library is giving patrons who owe fines the opportunity to reduce or erase them while helping out those in need at the same time. This is a unique chance for patrons to return long overdue items without worrying about the burden of paying the fines or to clear their record if it is blocked because of fines.

The Library Art Committee and Board of Trustees selected Susan Klassen Hartzheim for the November/December exhibit. Her work will be on display in the Reading Room, above the photocopier and in the Children's Area.
