Elizabeth Keel Hagist, 70, a longtime resident of the Northwoods, was born into eternal life Friday, June 28, 2013, with her family by her side.
A memorial service will be held Aug. 5, 11 a.m., at the Manitowish Waters Community Church. A time of visitation will be held one hour prior to the service time at the church.
Pastor Chips Paulson will officiate.
Elizabeth was born Aug. 12, 1942, in St Louis, Mo. She was the daughter of Clarence and Gladys (Clifton) Keel. She graduated from Fulton High School and received her B.S. Degree from Williams Woods University, in Fulton, Mo.
She is lovingly survived by her two children, Kathryn (Daniel) Yunk, Shorewood, and John (Cecilia) Hagist, Northfield, Ill.; four grandchildren, Jacob, Marc, Emily and Ana; one sister, Grace Anne Law of Mesa, Ariz; one nephew, John (Judy) Howard of Gilbert, Ariz.; as well as a loyal friend, Rosemary Meyer, of Clarence, Iowa.
