Sally Ann Olson, 75, Jacksonville, Fla., passed away Aug. 28, 2013, in Jacksonville.
She was a strong fighter for several years and died from leukemia.
She was the daughter of Pat and Kenneth McKnight. She was born April 28, 1938, in Milwaukee. She worked as a vice-president with Bank of America and has been retired for several years.
She was married to Leland Olson for 53 years.
Sally liked to knit sweaters for the babies in the nursery at Wolfsons Children’s Hospital. She and her husband spent their summers at Lake Shishebogama in Minocqua.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Sally is survived by her husband, Leland Olson; one son, Douglas Olson; one daughter, Krista Cooper; one son-in-law, Chris Cooper; one sister, Maureen North; and four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in her memory.
