The Northwoods housing market remained fairly steady last month, with few major changes taking place.

Oneida County saw the most drastic increase in any category, with off water lots and land jumping from three sales in January of 2016 to 10 sales last month. The median price for this category saw a minor decrease, dropping from $53,500 to $46,800. (subscriber access)
