You may have noticed some recent changes we have made to The Lakeland Times’ website.
In a continuing effort to expand our reach to subscribers, The Times has launched a new and improved e-editions section to the site. The e-editions allow readers to access the newspaper through a Web browser on the computer, most e-readers and mobile devices.
You may have also noticed some articles and sections marked as “subscriber access.” These items require an online user log-in to view.
The Lakeland Times works to provide the best coverage of local news in the Lakeland area, and press releases, community news, opinions, letters to the editor, and obituaries will remain free to view, as they always have been.
In addition, there will be a continuing effort to post breaking and exclusive news to the website as they become available.
We hope you find value in the in-depth features and columns that you won’t find anywhere else. For $45 per year, you can get full access to The Lakeland Times’ website, including e-editions; six months will cost $36 and you may subscribe for three months at $27.
For $10 more, you can get a yearly print subscription to The Lakeland Times for local delivery, which includes full access to the website when you activate your log-in.
To subscribe online or in print, visit www.lakelandtimes.com or email email@example.com.
