Prosecutors say a man stole from a foreclosed home in Woodruff.
Jeremy Hogan, 24, of Minocqua, was charged late last month with one felony count of burglary and one misdemeanor count of bail jumping.
According to the criminal complaint, a witness observed Hogan backing out of the driveway of the home on Second Avenue.
Police were notified, and upon inspection, an officer found an open door with fresh pry marks.
A witness told police Hogan had entered the residence and later exited carrying a shower curtain, cleaning solution, a Blu-ray player and a charcoal grill. He placed those items in his vehicle, the witness said.
The tenant of the home did not give anyone consent to take those items.
Hogan has been cooperative with law enforcement, according to a police report.
If convicted, he could face more than 13 years in prison and a $35,000 fine.
