Allen continues road to murder conviction appeal, representing self

Richard Allen — convicted in 2018 of the first-degree murder and hiding a corpse of a Lac du Flambeau man — has filed and been granted yet another order extending his time to file a post-conviction motion or notice of appeal in his matter. His extension now goes until Sept. 8.
