After pandemic, what will the county’s policy be?

Call it a paradox of the times, and a curious one at that: While the Oneida County courthouse has reopened, and many workers across the region have returned to their job sites, more and more Oneida County employees want to stay at home to work — even more than worked from home while the courthouse was closed to the public.
