Boulder Junction Lions Club 60th Colorama Dinner tickets now available

September 13, 2019

The Boulder Junction Lions Club, which recently announced the return of the traditional Colorama Dinner, now have tickets available for the public at the Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce office. Doors open at 5:15 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 21 at Camp Manito-wish for a family-style sit-down dinner beginning at 6 p.m. sharp.

The beautiful fall setting at Camp Manito-wish’s Nash Lodge will greet the attendees of the 60th Colorama Dinner on Sept. 21. “Funding the Future of Our Youth,” is the theme of this beloved community event. The North Lakeland School fourth and eighth grade classes will be assisting with the event with set up and serving. Fun door prizes, a great community gathering and great food await attendees.

Don’t miss this family-style dinner prepared by Camp Manito-wish chef Rudy Valadez, consisting of the traditional wild game stew and baked chicken dinner with all the fixings. Save room for delicious pies from The Bakery in Boulder Junction and ice cream donated by Mad Dog Jakes.

Tickets are now available at the Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce office at $17 for adults and $8 for children 12 and under.  Reserve a table for 10 with pre-payment or purchase individual tickets, but get tickets early as seating is limited. The Chamber phone number is 715-385-2400.

The Boulder Junction Lions Club is pleased to accept a grant from the Boulder Junction Community Foundation, which is helping establish this event again for the community.

Any questions can be directed to co-chairs Barbara Boston 715-605-2036 or Jim Hornbrook 715-385-3379. Watch for more information on the Boulder Junction Lions Facebook page.
