Boulder Junction Public Library 2nd annual ‘Art in the Library’ Juried Exhibition award winners announced

During a reception held on Friday, Aug. 2, winners of the Boulder Junction Public Library’s 2nd annual “Art in the Library” Juried Exhibition were announced. Guest judges, Susan Govier and Leah Trojan, awarded 1st Place to Jeff Trapp and his photograph “Playa de Silencio”; 2nd place to Stephanie Colotti and her pastel “Red Bird”; and 3rd place to Glennes Youngbauer and her quilt “Excessively Proper Priscilla.”

The Boulder Junction Public Library welcomes the public to view the 2nd annual “Art in the Library” Juried Exhibition being displayed the entire month of August during regular library hours.

Applications are being accepted for future “Art in the Library” exhibits. The application form is available in the library or on the library website. The exhibits can be a single artist or a group of artists representing a theme or medium.
