Boulder Junction Public Library After-School Children’s Reading Program begins Oct. 1

September 27, 2019

The Boulder Junction Public Library’s After-School Children’s Reading Program will be held from 3:45 to 4:45 p.m. on Tuesdays at the Boulder Junction Community Center beginning Tuesday, Oct. 1.

Each week will include stories, along with art projects, games, or other activities. A snack will begin the program. The program is aimed at children in 4-year-old kindergarten through sixth grade, but everyone is welcome to come.

School-age children can take the bus to the library if they give the school a note. The bus to take is NL30. An adult must accompany children who are under 4 years old.

Every child who participates must fill out a permission slip and turn it into the library no later than the first day of the program. Forms will be available at the library, at the school and on the library’s website at https://www.boulderjunctionlibrary.org/. Parents who can volunteer to help or be a guest reader during the program are needed.

Advance registration is recommended, but not required. Call the library at 715-385-2050 with any questions.
