Fralick ordered for competency evaluation after another arrest

After asserting he had “done nothing wrong,” a psychiatric evaluation and competency hearing was ordered for Christoper Fralick, 41, Lac du Flambeau, by Vilas County Circuit Court. The order for a commitment for treatment was signed by Judge Neal Nielsen last week.
