The Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty has sued the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources on behalf of Hunter Nation and Hunter Nation president and CEO Luke Hilgemann after the agency adopted what the plaintiffs call a policy that illegally cancels all in-person hunter education courses in Wisconsin.
