Illinois man cited for OWI less than 24 hours after arrest for sexual assault

A 40-year-old Illinois man is facing a fourth-degree sexual assault charge, as well as a citation for operating while intoxicated, after Minocqua police arrested him twice within a 24-hour period over the Independence Day weekend.
