A St. Germain man has been charged in connection with a May 2, 2020, incident involving his firing of a shotgun while intoxicated near his Tobin Lange home on Little St. Germain Lake (May 12, 2020 edition of The Lakeland Times).

James Kelsey, 61, was charged Friday, May 15 on two counts, operating a firearm while intoxicated and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors.
