Lac du Flambeau Public School teacher Ken Thanig retires after 30 years

For Lac du Flambeau Public School math teacher Ken Thanig, the decision to pursue teaching came from a passion with working with youth and in mentorship.

A graduate of Mosinee High School, Thanig continued his education at the University of Wisconsin-Marathon County campus and graduated from University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, and later acquired his masters degree from Viterbo College.
