Liebscher waives preliminary hearing in bail jumping case

The bail jumping case against a Sugar Camp man awaiting sentencing on a charge of hit-and-run causing death for striking and killing 23-year-old motorcyclist Sean J. Holtslander on Highway 17 last August will most likely be resolved July 30 when the defendant is sentenced on the underlying charge.
