Local TV station files motion to dismiss defamation lawsuit filed by Trump campaign

Rhinelander TV station WJFW-NBC 12 has filed a motion in federal court seeking the dismissal of a defamation lawsuit filed last month by Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. concerning the station’s repeated broadcast of an advertisement produced by a liberal political action committee (PAC).
