Land O’ Lakes Arts (LOLA) will hold a Lunch and Learn documentary viewing from noon to 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 30. The documentary will be “John James Audubon — Drawn from Nature.”
“John James Audubon — Drawn from Nature” provides a window into life on the American frontier; and how people (on both sides of the Atlantic) regarded nature. It creates a portrait of art and science in the first decades of the 19th century, and shows the life and time of John James Audubon.
LOLA’s own executive chef, Lynn Richie, will prepare a light lunch for visitors prior to watching the documentary. A short discussion will follow the film.
The Lunch and Learn will be held in LOLA’s newly renovated upstairs art room. A $10 suggested donation at door. Space is limited for event.
