Michigan man reaches plea agreement on ICAC charges

A 29-year-old Crystal Falls, Mich. man has apparently reached a plea agreement with the district attorney which would resolve a case filed against him last June charging him with attempting to use a computer to facilitate a child sex crime and attempted sexual assault of a child under the age of 16.

Jeremy M. Alquist appeared in Oneida County Circuit Court May 5. He was represented by attorney Elizabeth F. Svehlek who, along with district attorney Michael Schiek, appeared via Zoom.
