Minocqua’s K-9 and handler are going to Sauk County

Jaeger makes a pitch for another full time dispatcher

A little more than three years after he began work as the Minocqua Police Department’s K-9, Jennings, named for former Minocqua town supervisor Brian Jennings who passed away in 2016, is headed for the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office. 

He’ll be accompanied by handler Matt Tate, who’s been an officer with the Minocqua Police Department seven and a half years, a shift supervisor within the department since March 2019.
