‘Mongolia’ travelogue with Diane Muri on Sept. 17 in Boulder Junction

September 13, 2019

Local resident Diane Muri will present a travelogue on “Mongolia” at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 17, at the Boulder Junction Community Center, 5392 Park Street, Boulder Junction.

Experience a Mongolian expedition through photos, music and examples of products of this vibrant culture. Hear about the rich history of this land of Genghis Kahn amid views of the Gobi desert, national parks and the capital city of Ulaanbaatar.

Muri, who views travel as a hobby, visited the area with New Paths Expeditions, which specializes in small group tours. She looks forward to sharing highlights of the trip so others can experience, and maybe someday visit, the wild and wonderful country of Mongolia.

All members of the public are welcome to attend this free presentation and refreshments will be served. For more information, call the library at 715-385-2050.
