New nonprofit Veterans Handy Man Services, Inc. serves the community

July 26, 2019

Veterans Handy Man Services, Inc. (VHMS) is a new, nonpartisan, 501c3 nonprofit serving the area. VHMS provides and maintains an online directory featuring local, skilled veterans offering handyman services to residents, organizations, and businesses in Forest, Oneida, and Vilas counties.

There is no cost to veterans or their company to be listed in the VHMS directory, which can be found at vhmsinc.net, and there is no charge to prospective customers to use the directory to find handymen.

Getting listed as a handyman veteran us simple and easy. Go to the website, click on the “register” button, and follow the dropdown windows and instructions to describe what services you offer. VHMS’s only requirement is veterans provide evidence that they were honorably discharged.

Services beyond handyman services include seasonal services, computer support, electrical, plumbing, roofing, lawn care/landscaping, masonry/concrete, HVAC, carpentry, painting, automotive, and veterans services.
