Listed are services happening in the area in observance of Memorial Day. Social distancing guidelines should be followed at all events.

Monday, May 25

Neillsville: the highground 10th Annual Honor Ride/Motorcycle Ride- Motorcycle rally with starting points across Wisconsin. Routes leave their starting point and make their way to Neillsville. No ceremony this year, but the names of the fallen who were killed or missing in action will be read over loudspeakers from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to honor their memory. Walking the grounds and visiting the tributes is encouraged. Social distancing guidelines will be followed. Details available upon sign up. Info: 715-743-4224 or www.thehighground.us.

Rhinelander: 8 a.m. VFW Honor Guard at Newbold Cemetery. Info: 715-369-6127.

Rhinelander: 8:30 a.m. AmVets/American Legion Honor Guard at Northland Memorial Park. Info: 715-369-6127.

Rhinelander: 9 a.m. VFW Honor Guard at Forest Home Cemetery. Info: 715-369-6127.

Rhinelander: 9 a.m. AmVets/American Legion Honor Guard at Nativity of Our Lord Cemetery. Info: 715-369-6127.

Manitowish Waters: 11:30 a.m. Rest Lawn Cemetery. Hosted by the VFW, American Legion and Auxiliary. Service will be rain or shine and will adhere to the social distancing requirements.
