Oneida County forwards social services mutual aid resolution to full board

The Oneida County board’s social services committee approved a draft of a resolution for neighboring counties to participate in a mutual aid agreement for social services in the event one department is unable to provide complete support for its clients.

Initially, the resolution was geared toward the COVID-19 pandemic, with the thought that if one department would fall ill and be unable to cover their cases, social service workers from another county could cover cases as needed
