Paul Bunyan Festival in Eagle River on Aug. 14

August 13, 2019

Paul Bunyan Fest will again take place in Eagle River from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Aug. 14. This fun filled family event is co-sponsored by the Eagle River Area Chamber of Commerce and mBank. Featured at the Paul Bunyan Fest are chain saw carving demonstrations by Ken Schels, over 80 arts and crafts booths, the Paul Bunyan Fest beef sandwich and luncheon, and live musical entertainment by the Pinery Boys.

Join the Pinery Boys and journey back with these historical “edu-tainers” in an interactive, educational, musical theater performance and hear authentic a-capella logging-era music sung in four-part harmony. The performance also includes dialogue, skits and period costumes to complete this vivid picture of the hardworking lumberjacks.

Come on down and enjoy a heap’n help’n potato salad and corn with a huge beef sandwich and a pickle. Food will be served from 11 a.m. until gone.

For more information about the Eagle River Area and its events, contact the Eagle River Area Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center at 800-359-6315.
