Plum Lake electors to decide on building plans May 26

Voters to decide whether new town garage, salt shed totaling at least $1 million should be built

Voters in the town of Plum Lake will have the opportunity during the town’s annual meeting May 26 to decide what happens to the town’s current garage facility. 

Also to be decided is whether or not to build a new salt shed. 

The estimated cost for the replacing both structures is approximately $1 million. 

Town chairman Will Maines said voters will hear presentations on the building plans and cost impact to taxpayers.
