Plum Lake moves forward on new town garage plans

Building is one of three approved by voters in May

Last month, voters in Plum Lake approved construction of a new town garage, new salt shed and new community center for just over $1.7 million. 

Monday, the town board, during a joint meeting with the town’s building committee, voted 2-1 to authorize formal architectural plans for the new town garage drawn up by architect Steve Jamroz with Blue Design Group. 

Town supervisor Vern Wiggenhauser was the dissenting vote.
