Roundtable discussion centers on Memorial Day weekend tourist traffic

Now that the summer season is officially underway, the directors of area chambers of commerce and some business owners gathered on Zoom last Thursday to discuss what went right, what went wrong and how to attract more tourists to the area amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The roundtable was moderated by Myles Alexander of Oneida County UW-Extension and sponsored by the chambers of commerce in Minocqua, Rhinelander, Three Lakes and Tomahawk.
