Sayner Street Fair on Aug. 4

The Sayner Street Fair takes place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 4. There will be a craft fair with arts, crafts, vendors and a farmers market with food in the pavilion into early evening by Webby’s.

Food vendors, sidewalk sales, games for kids and a bungee jump will also be featured. Kids activities feature face painting, a bounce house, train rides through the town and a rock climbing wall.

Touch-a-Truck will be held at the Sayner Ball Park from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Get up close and touch construction trucks, excavation equipment, emergency vehicles,and possibly a visit from the Spirit 2 medical helicopter.

Live music will be played throughout the day with Taylor Bolte playing at the Sayner Pub from 10 a.m. to noon. and the Juke Dawgs from 12:30 to 4 p.m., respectively.

The Plum Lake Quilts Quilt Show will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Refreshments and snacks will be provided, with proceeds to be donated to Plum Lake Volunteer Fire Department. Music will be provided by John Slein.
