/ Articles / Some Vilas County government offices reopen
As of 8 a.m. Monday, June 8, four Vilas County government offices reopened to the public, including county clerk, county treasurer, register of deeds and tax listing, and zoning and planning office.
All othe Vilas County Courthouse offices will remain closed to the public at this time.
Visitors will be instructed to proceed directly to one of the reopened offices and will need to leave the building immediately upon concluding their business.
Although not a requirement, it is recommended each visitor wear a mask to help protect their personal safety.
Those who are feeling ill or have a cough, severe headache or a fever are asked to not visit the Courthouse. Members of the public exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms will be denied entry.
All public entry will be through the Secured Public Entrance at 330 Court Street in Eagle River. A security and weapons check is conducted at that entry.
