Supposedly missing records found in search of Rhinelander City Hall

Guild told newspaper that records were gone but released one to TV reporter

Some supposedly missing personnel-related records not released to The Lakeland Times’ sister paper, Northwoods River News after an open records request, but that law enforcement officers believe should have been were found to be in Rhinelander City Hall all along, newly released documents pertaining to the Oneida County sheriff department’s raid on city hall last year show.
