Tiffany, Zunker face off Tuesday in special congressional election

In another election held on the terrain of unwonted times, Republican nominee Tom Tiffany and Democratic nominee Tricia Zunker face off next Tuesday for the seventh congressional district seat vacated last year when Sean Duffy resigned the position.

Tiffany is a state senator from Minocqua who sits on the Legislature’s Joint Finance Committee; Zunker is president of the Wausau School Board and a Ho-Chunk Supreme Court justice.
