Times files open records complaint against Conlon

Walker contends county code illegal; seeks investigation into withheld records

The Lakeland Times filed an open records complaint last week against Oneida County public health director Linda Conlon for failing to fulfill a request for records for more than seven months, and the newspaper has further requested a law enforcement investigation into whether certain county officials are deliberately violating state law and the county code to conceal those and other records from the public.
