Winter Wellness Series program in Boulder Junction on Feb. 11

February 07, 2020

The Boulder Junction Public Library is offering a series of free informational presentations to help patrons learn ways to support their health and wellness this winter, and all year long. Presentations are held from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the Boulder Junction Community Center. On Tuesday, Feb. 11 will be “Bullet Journaling: Infinite Planning Possibilities” with Teresa Schmidt, Mercer Public library director.
Bullet journals offer infinite ways to organize work and life. Take a look at the basics of the bullet journal system, see examples of how the system can adapt to needs, and get a glimpse at how unloading the brain onto paper can help clarify thinking and simplify life.
Schmidt has been bullet journaling for years and can’t imagine leaving home without her BuJo. She is the director of the Mercer Public Library, mother of three kids, an active community volunteer, and bookkeeper for her husband’s business. Despite being a very good technology user, she relies on her pen-and-paper bullet journal to keep her busy life organized.
These programs are free and open to the public. Registration is not required but would be appreciated. Refreshments will be served. For more information or to register, call the library at 715-385-2050.

Upcoming programs
Feb. 18: “Living Naturally with Yoga and Essential Oils” with Heather Dietz, owner and teacher at Blackbird Yoga
