Funds raised for Children’s Miracle Network
Woodruff will host the inaugural City-Wide Rummage Sale on Friday and Saturday, July 17 and 18. Individuals participating are asked to honor the city’s proposed sale hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days.
No permits are required to participate in the City-Wide Rummage Sale.
While there is no fee to participate, folks are asked to register. Registrants are asked to donate a minimum of $5 in the form of a check made payable directly to: Children’s Miracle Network. Larger donation, or donations from those not planning on participating in the rummage sale, are always accepted and appreciated. All donations will be collected, tallied and matched 100% by Lowell Bostrom, owner of Ace Hardware Inc. in Woodruff.
A complimentary “Yard Sale” sign will be offered and a listing of address designations for rummage sale locations will be assembled and offered to shoppers. This list can be picked up at Re/Max Property Pros Minocqua office and Woodruff Town Hall the week of the sale.
Registration forms can be obtained by July 3 at RE/MAX Property Pros, at 8612 US 51, or the Minocqua and Woodruff town halls.
